Brad is a recognized and respected business leader and executive search professional, and has deep experience developing innovative services and solutions that help companies solve their most critical human capital challenges.
Additionally, Brad serves as the Practice Leader for MalinHughes’ well established, Healthcare Services and Solutions Practice. With 35 years of professional services and executive search experience, Brad has successfully completed hundreds of searches for CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CHROs, CMOs and CIOs and senior executives for both well established and emerging healthcare companies including, for profit, nonprofit, academic, and faith-based health systems.
Prior to co-founding MalinHughes, Brad founded BeechTree Partners, an international executive search and consulting firm specializing in the recruitment and retention of executive leadership. He was also a Partner with a national, investor backed, professional services firm that specialized in developing and executing strategies for clients who required scalable talent acquisition solutions within limited time frames.
A results-oriented executive search and professional services leader, Brad has built a reputation for a tireless commitment to client service, superior execution and integrity. As a result, he has been honored with searches from some of the nation’s most prominent companies. Brad is a frequent speaker and contributor to his clients, associations, and executives in transition. He has partnered with some of the country’s largest out placement companies, helping them find the right opportunities for their valued clients.
Outside of MalinHughes, Brad dedicates his time to several nonprofit organizations including Aspire Chicago and Kids in the Game. He is also an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Brad started his education in Business Administration at Hampden Sydney College in Virginia and then transferred to Ohio State University where he studied Business Administration and Journalism
